The Postpartum Core Programme is a yoga-inspired journey that bridges the gap between early postpartum healing and more intensive, conventional fitness routines. It’s been carefully designed to rebuild your core in a gradual, supportive way that honours what your body has been through. Many other programs can feel repetitive or dull, making it hard to stay motivated. This one mixes things up just enough to keep you engaged, while still reinforcing essential movements week by week so you can build strength with confidence.
You’ll need just 20 to 30 minutes a day, five days a week. The time commitment stays fairly consistent across all levels, but the intensity increases as you go—starting gentle and restorative, and becoming more dynamic as your strength and stamina grow.
You can begin as soon as six weeks postpartum, provided you’ve been cleared by your healthcare provider. Please remember, you need to listen to your body. If it ever feels like too much or that you're causing any harm to areas of your body, take a break.
You have lifetime access to this course so go at a pace that suits you, and your body's needs. Take a few days off or repeat a level if you want to.
Absolutely. This program is specifically tailored to support healing from diastasis recti using safe core engagement techniques and a gradual strengthening approach.
Please remember, DIastasis Recti has different levels of severity - always listen to your body and if it ever feels like too much, please modify or take a break and come back the next day.
If you experience any coning or doming of the stomach during this programme, please stop immediately. Then when you feel ready, go back to the previous yoga class or core workout and repeat until you can physically move up to the following level - without any issues.
If you are ever unsure on what to do, please contact me.
Modifications for diastasis recti are referenced throughout the core-focus-classes.
You will need a yoga mat for this course. I would also recommend getting a roller and a yoga block however they are not used very frequently so please see my recommended substitutions below.
Roller - Rolled up towel or blanket.
Yoga Block - cushion or pillow.
I want this course to be accessible for everyone and for you to get started right away without having to wait for a delivery.
You’ll have lifetime access. Whether you want to revisit the program months or years down the road, it’ll always be there when your body needs a reset or a tune-up.
Yes, absolutely—but it’s important to focus on scar tissue mobility before diving too deep into the movements. Please ensure you are cleared for exercise by a healthcare professional before starting the course.
